GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
Important information for sponsors
- Sponsorship packages will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis upon receipt of the full sponsorship payment.
- Sponsors are requested to submit their official company name, high-resolution logo, promotional materials, promotional video and other requested information within 30 days of sponsorship confirmation, and no later than 15 October 2026.
- All sponsorship payments should be made by bank transfer to the IPC bank account.
- The International Pepper Community reserves the right to decline or withdraw sponsorship inconsistent with the objectives, values, or integrity of the Organization and to make reasonable adjustments to the sponsorship programme where necessary.
