General Terms & Conditions
- Sponsorship packages will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis upon receipt of the full sponsorship payment.
- Sponsors are requested to submit their official company name, high-resolution logo, promotional materials, promotional video (in the required format and within the specified duration), and any other requested information within 30 days of receiving the sponsorship confirmation, and no later than 15 October 2026.
- All sponsorship payments should be made by bank transfer to the following account:
