Marina Novira Anggraini is the Executive Director of the International Pepper Community (IPC), representing the world's major pepper-producing countries. A seasoned trade negotiator with over 19 years of experience, she has established a reputation for advancing sustainable trade, strengthening global commodity governance, and amplifying the voices of producing nations.

From October 2018 to January 2023, she served as Commercial Counsellor at the Embassy of Indonesia in Beijing, where she advanced market access for Indonesian products, built strategic business linkages, and strengthened Indonesia - China cooperation in many areas of trade cooperation. Her leadership in Beijing was widely recognized for advancing Indonesia - China trade ties by effectively connecting policy with business through strategic trade negotiation and diplomacy.

Earlier in her career at the Ministry of Trade of Indonesia, Ms. Anggraini played a key role as a senior trade negotiator in regional and multilateral trade agreements. Currently, she also leads NEGARI, Indonesia's national association of trade negotiators, driving capacity building and institutional reform.

At IPC, she is redefining the pepper economy with a bold vision of sustainability, innovation, and inclusivity, ensuring prosperity for farmers, entrepreneurs, and consumers worldwide.
