Terms & Conditions
Please review the following booth booking, operation and exhibitor requirements before registration.
Exhibition booths are intended for the spice industry to showcase spices and spice products. Limited booths may be available for service providers. The price includes one booth attendant; additional attendants are charged the applicable delegation registration fee.
Booths may be booked online by selecting an available booth and completing payment through the payment gateway. Upon successful payment, the selected booth will be allotted.
Confirmation of allotment and receipts for registered booth personnel will be issued to the registered email address after payment is realised.
Each exhibitor will receive one pass for the person manning the booth. Exhibitor passes are valid for the exhibition and conference areas.
Booth allocation is on a first-come, first-served basis upon receipt of payment. Registration closes when all booths are allotted or on 27 November 2026, whichever is earlier.
The booth is non-transferable. Accommodation, airport pick-up and local transfers are not included in the booth registration fee.
The shell scheme is 3m × 3m × 2.5m. The ready-built booth will be handed over to exhibitors on 29 November 2026 by 4:00 pm.
Show timings are 10:00 am–6:00 pm on 30 November 2026 and 9:00 am–6:00 pm on 1 December 2026. Exhibitors must follow organiser requirements and advisories.
Exhibits must conform to international standards and remain within the booth allotted. No nailing is permitted on booth panels; branding should use suitable adhesive methods.
The exhibitor is liable for damage to the booth or equipment allocated to them. The organiser is not responsible for loss or damage to property kept in the booth.
The organiser reserves the right to adjust booth positions, site layout, floor plan and related details when necessary for the overall interest, safety and local requirements of the exhibition.
Booth registration is non-refundable in all cases, including cancellation or no-show, except natural disasters and epidemics declared by local authorities.
