Delegate registration is open to all. IPC member countries are India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Sri Lanka and Vietnam as full member countries, with Papua New Guinea and the Philippines as associate member countries. Delegates from other countries are registered as non-member delegates.

Delegate registration is open to all.

Registration fees may be paid through the online payment gateway, PayPal or Bank Transfer to IPC's Bank Mandiri account.

Registration will be confirmed upon realization of payment and a receipt will be issued.

The registration fee should be received in full at IPC. If the amount is received short, registration will not be confirmed.

Registration does not include accommodation and local transport.

Access to the conference and lunch/dinner will be controlled through scanning of delegate badges.

Delegate badges are non-transferable.

Registration fees are non-refundable in all cases, including cancellation or no-show, except natural disasters and epidemics declared by local authorities.
